Jenifer Antonious-Logan, PHR
President & CEO
Jenifer Logan is currently the President & CEO for GuidantHR, a nationwide company providing Human Resource, Payroll and Benefit Solutions for small to large companies. Jenifer has more than 30 years of Human Resource experience with employee relations, employment laws, benefits, payroll, policies and procedures, training and development, workers’ compensation, compliance, and recruiting.
Prior to founding GuidantHR, Jenifer worked for twelve years at Adventec/Oasis, a Fortune 500 Company with 50,000 work site employees. She was a key innovator in the Human Resource Industry, where she served as an active member in the start-up/evolutionary growth and developed business partnerships for the overall long-term growth of the company. Earlier in her career, Jenifer worked for the Jacksonville Jaguars, Fiserv and Prudential—large Corporate America companies as a Human Resource and Operations Executive where she oversaw more than 20,000 employees for the East Coast Divisions. She was responsible for all areas of Human Resources, in addition to handling the budgets and financials.
Jenifer’s passion is people. She seeks to deliver exceptional service and passion to train and develop Executives, Management Teams, and Employees. She desires to partner with companies in order to provide customized solutions to improve the overall efficiencies of a company while decreasing administrative expense and increasing productivity through employee morale. Jenifer is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and also holds a professional license in Health, Life & Annuities. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) along with several other certifications and nationwide organization memberships.
